Our story
Rosemont Ventures Group LLC was formed in Florida in 2026 by Scott "Schneur" Rosenberg and Shawn Waldman. The company is new; the people behind it are not.
Scott has worked as a general contractor since 1998 and has handled demolition since around 2007, on projects ranging from single interiors to large commercial jobs. One of his largest was the full interior demolition of a commercial business park, about a million square feet. He holds Florida Certified General Contractor license CGC1541479 and is the license qualifier for Rosemont Ventures Group LLC.
Shawn has done demolition work in New York City since 2007: small and large jobs in tight spaces, around occupied buildings and under strict urban rules.
Because the license belongs to our own founder, not a rented one, we handle the permit, the utility disconnects, the asbestos paperwork and the inspections ourselves.
We work with homeowners, property investors, general contractors, developers and architects.
