A controlled start to finish
Before anything can be built, the site has to be cleared. That can mean removing vegetation, old buildings, slabs, pools, fences and buried debris, while protecting trees that must stay. As a licensed general contractor, we handle demolition and clearing together, with permits and tree requirements checked up front.

Stumps, roots and buried organic material removed so the soil is ready for grading.
Old foundations, pipes, rubble and other buried items removed from the building area.
Fences, sheds, slabs, pools and old buildings demolished and removed as part of the clearing.
The cleared site shaped to a rough grade so the next phase can begin.
Vegetation, concrete and debris hauled to the appropriate licensed facilities.
Our process
We review the lot, what stays, what goes, access and the next phase of the project.
We check tree removal permits, protected trees, environmental reviews and demolition permits.
Structures, vegetation, stumps and buried debris are removed in a planned sequence.
Debris is hauled away and the site is rough-graded to the agreed condition.
Project planning
Some trees require permits, protection or mitigation. Mark the trees that must stay before work starts.
Underground utilities must be located, and old septic tanks and wells must be properly abandoned.
Low-lying or wet parcels may need erosion control or environmental review before clearing.
Answers before work begins
Clearing removes what is above ground, such as trees, brush, old structures and debris. Grubbing removes what is below the surface, such as stumps, roots and buried debris, so the soil is ready for grading and construction.
Often, yes. Many cities and counties require tree removal permits, and some protected trees cannot be removed without approval or mitigation. Land clearing near wetlands or on larger parcels can also require environmental review. We check the requirements for your property before work starts.
Yes. As a licensed demolition contractor, we can demolish old structures, remove slabs, pools and driveways, abandon septic tanks and clear the lot in one project.
That depends on the scope. Most projects finish with debris removed and the site rough-graded so surveyors, engineers and builders can start the next phase.
